The District is home to over 60 sought after global brands like Hermes, Dior, Cartier, Harry Winston, Van Cleef, Loewe, and Dolce and Gabbana and 12 memorably culinary experiences. Within the District, there is also IPIC Theaters, a multiplex dine-in cinema, Equinox, an athletic resort encompassing 35,000 sq ft on two floors, and Bella Rinova Salon, a hair and spa salon providing a wide range of hair, skin, and nail treatments.

Lease terms vary from 3-15 depending on availabilty.

Before receiving possession of the apartment, the lease contract must be executed, prorated rent must be paid in certified funds, and proof of renters insurance and electricity activation must be submitted. 

Subletting is not permitted. Transferring within the community is possible. For terms regarding transferring, consult our Leasing Team.

Residents must provide a 60-day written notice to move-out for both in-contract and on month-to-month plans.

Amenities offered include 24/7 concierge, rentable guest suites, a fitness center, yoga studio, conference room, two swimming pools and jacuzzi spas, rentable club room, screening rooms, gas grills with al fresco seating.

Several amenity spaces are available for private events.

Residents can rent a one-bedroom suite which includes cable, wifi, and full acess to common area amenities. 

Parking is available for residents onsite with guest parking available streetside.
